Colloquio
One 5-10 minute phone interview, invited to the company for the in person interview.
Took a long test with bunch of questions on technical terms and some logic problems.
Interviewed with 4 people, each 10-15 minutes, also brought some written code to the interview.

Filled out form on their website, and sent them a copy of CV.
Was telephoned a few days later, inviting me for an assessment day in London. Received email asking which day I could attend.
Attended assessment day.
1st part was group exercises, and company video. Group exercise was to pick someone famous and defend why they shouldn't be thrown off a raft.
Then 1hr long technical test - variety of IT related questions. Some simple, some based on code.
Then sales interview, which was about 15 minutes.
Then stream specific presentation/code review

Technical test was the most difficult, considering I had no IT experience, specifically the questions based on code.
