They responded promptly to my application, had a brief talk with me & set up a telephone interview. The telephone interview wasn't too probing and I was invited to attend an assessment day. It's a 3 part assessment, face to face interview, I think I did poorly on this. I was interviewed for the Java Stream, they ask you about your University projects and go through your CV, I don't interview well, but, the Testing Support stream and the PMO stream interviews seem to be more causal from what some of the other interviewees said.
So then the next part was the test, which you really don't have to worry about if you're not interviewing for a technical role, because the tougher questions on the paper are specifically there for the aspiring .NET, & Java developers etc.
Last part of the assessment was a note taking exercise, "I think" testing your comprehension and note-taking skills. With the training in this job, they need to know you're someone who can soak in information and take good reliable notes to go back over them. That's all I can think of to justify the last assessment, just try to take thorough notes when you watch the video.
