Completed an application online, I received a call back the same day and was given a screening over the phone. After passing the phone screen i was invited to a video interview, which i successfully passed. The next step is the assessment center. The day starts with a presentation about FDM and the scheme. Afterwards, you will take on four tests (Maths sequences, IT Aptitude, Comprehension and a Venn diagram/Set Notation test) You will also have 3 consecutive interviews. Mine lasted ten minutes each and each interview asked me 6 questions each, which included a warm up question.
