You first do a video interview. Thrnif you pass you are invited to the assessment center. The assessment started at 9 in the morning and we finished at 4 in the afternoon.
There are 3 interviews in the morning, mostly competency based, and some tests in the afternoon about logic and verbal and numerical reasoning.

During the interview they ask you competency based questions. They want you to use a lot of examples from your background when you answer.

Overall, the interview was mostly based on behavioral questions, nothing special. They also provided some interview tips which is really helpful.
