-Sent CV through via FDM site -An FDM recruiter got in touch within a few days to clarify the role and any of my questions, talk through my CV a little and then to move me on to the video interview stage -Video interview stage was a series of strength-based interview questions that I found fairly low pressure. The interview browser portal allowed the user to rerecord the submitted answer as many times as you liked. Had 3 days within which to complete this video interview process. -Within a couple of days of submitting this recruiter called back with a small amount of feedback about performance during the interviews (and confirming my passing this stage). A day in which to attend an assessment centre, mine in London but other locations possible, was scheduled. There appeared to be a large amount of flexibility around this date. I spoke with a recruiter on the assessment day who implied that they run assessment centre days several times a week, throughout the year (!). -The assessment centre series of tests were made clear, in my case comprising a gamified verbal reasoning and gamified numerical reasoning (Number sequences) test, A Venn diagram test and a multiple choice "IT Aptitude test" (which was some basic Computing/IT, IQ-type and some business-related multiple choice questions). Other than these tests, there was a series of 1:1 strength-based interview questions from several interviewers. Expect 10-20 other graduate candidates from a variety of degree backgrounds.

Lots of layers and not well constructed, didnt know where I stood in the process or how you were supposed to move between the various stages. Too much focus on selling the company, I think to counter the negativity surrounding them and the programme.
