Had a great recruiter that kept me in the loop and answered all my questions. Get a callback and speak to the recruiter about your resume. Then take a 20 minute, automated, video interview. Then a quick multiple-choice test online that only takes a few minutes and is very easy for those with coding experience. Once onsight they give a presentation and then you have two 15 minute interviews. One is behavioral where you answer some general questions. The other interview is technical. I was interviewing for a Java developer position, so the interviewer just shot off quick questions like: "what is polymorphism." I think they asked tougher questions, however, because I have a CS degree.

Interview process was smooth and I was kept well-informed throughout it all by the recruiter. Managed to proceed onto the last stage of the interviews and both technical and situation interviewers were very accommodating.
