HR touches base with you and verifies that you are actually you and some details on your resume. 2) Telephone interview Very basic and straightforward questions. "Tell me about yourself" "Why FDM" "Why this role" "Strengths" "Weaknesses" "Where do you see yourself in five years" "Tell me about an interesting news topic related to tech" 3) Assessment Day Three short interviews: casual and low-pressure environment. Will ask you about your personal information, experiences, strengths, knowledge on IT (and your applied role). Two tests: that test you on set notation (venn diagrams e.g. (A U B)' etc.) and basic verbal, logical and numerical reasoning.
