I had first interview via phone call, it was very straight forward. Asking about my transferable skills, why I wanted to work for them, how long since I last work? What was the reason for career break? Did I have an understanding of how returners programme work?

After applying the position, will have Introductory Call and Telephone interview within 1 week. Interviewer is nice and give some comments on my interview. Then, required to complete Business Assessment.
