The final stage interviews were implemented over Zoom. All the candidates were waiting in a Zoom lobby to be called up and transferred to their 1-to-1 interview, with each candidate having a total of 3 interviews with 3 different people. I waited 1.5 hours and didnt even get a first interview, while others were already finishing. I left the zoom call and withdrew my application. Poor interview experience.

Ask: Why FDM? Why IT? Why this role? If you’re ok with initial weeks of unpaid training? Placement with their clients after training is not guaranteed. 3 interviews: phone, video, in person face to face. 3 assessments at assessment centre.
