The assessment centre was very well organised and everyone was super friendly. The day lasted from 8:30-4:30 and consisted of 4 tests and 3 10 minute interviews. The interviews were all strength based questions (much harder to prepare for) and you get ask 4/5 questions in each interview. The tests were a Venn diagram test, maths (GCSE, non-calculator) test, IT aptitude test and a verbal reasoning test. The maths test was quite simple- multiplication/division/pythagoras' theorem and square/cube roots.
