A phone interview is scheduled, then if you pass that round you go on site and have to do 3 interviews and also a test. It is mostly a lot of common sense with some code sprinkled in it so it would help to know code, but it can be figured out by thinking about it.
2 rounds (1) Technical round - 15 mins (2) HR round (15 mins - Behavioural Questions)
Round I - Questions on Unix, Excel, SQL Trainer will ask
Straight forward Q - May refer online sources - no coding
Round 2 - Behavioral Q with Account Manager and your background related q

Colloquio
Full day affair. First there were a few simple written tests that cover basic math and logic skills. Following those, there were three short interviews with an account manager, someone to test your technical skill, and one other.

Hatte mich Online beworben. Erst gab eine Telefongespräch und dann später hatte ich eine Einladung zum Bewerbertag erhalten. Es gab 3 schritten am Bewerbertag. Kognitiv Test, Einzel Gespräch und ein Case Study mit Präsentation. Fragen waren über den Lebenslauf und über die Motivation.
