Interview process was standard. Interviews and tests. Nothing too hard the questions are simple they need to see motivation as they dont choose people based on the degree. You studied to be a teacher BUT have a strong passion for the IT industry? You can get accepted.

Interview experience was ok, not a difficult and offer a place. Pay is challenging, and they do not offer any substantial increases over time. Their consulting approach is recruit to train and thats were it ends, short term employment is fine, long-term is not great.
