4 stages as indicated on their website. first stage was phone interview, quick and easy, just went over CV. Next was strength based interview, centered around their company values. Assesment stage and final interview afterwards

Overall, the interview was mostly based on behavioral questions, nothing special. They also provided some interview tips which is really helpful.
