Interview process was reasonably pleasant. The young lady I spoke with was kind enough, although I could hear other people in the background, occasional laughter and her microphone quality was terrible. Maybe invest some more to get a more professional interview experience.

As soon as I applied, I got a quick call to schedule an appointment and inquire about my French ability. HR called me and asked general questions, half in French and half in English. Then, they switched to technical questions about OOP. They asked what I know about FDM Group and explained their 2-year contract with a locked salary.
