At the start, it is a 15-20mins recording interview, including 5 questions. The interviewee has 45s to prepare before answering each question and 1 min to answer. Questions are strength-based interview questions.

Online video which was fairly straight forward, good communication with recruiter. In person assessment was organised well and interviews were fair, wasn’t overly challenged to be honest but it was a good experience.

Had a 7 minutes phone call followed by a 25 minute video call. Waiting for getting an email from their assessment center. Assessment will be online and is the last step of their recruitment.
