Started with a phone interview, but the application was withdrawn within that first interview. The recruiter made it apparent that the position would require a two year contract and you’d potentially be assigned with a client they serve. Training would be a 12 week period in which they were paying poverty wages for major metropolitan areas that they claim to serve.

Interviewer was 10 minutes late to interview. After emailing him, he tried to defer the blame and say I didn't show up. I used the link he gave me. Obviously they don't pride themselves on accountability.

My process took a little less than 2 months. Started with an online application. Recruiter reaches out in about a week or two. Easy phone interview. Then a timed online technical assessment and a pre-recorded video interview (you only get one shot once it starts and limited to only 2 minutes per segment). If you pass this portion, you go thru the final interview, which consists of a zoom meeting with a technical trainer to verify your knowledge and a behavioral interview with an account manager. It takes an average of 1-2 days for the offer decision to be made.
