Sent my CV to the recruiter through email and received an invitation for telephone interview after a week. The telephone interview lasts about 10-15mins, basically focus on questions such as what do you know about the company, why the graduate programme, why the IT/finance sector, why did yu choose your degree, career aspirations, etc. Was invited to the assessment day after the telephone interview but didn't attend.

Overall, the interview was mostly based on behavioral questions, nothing special. They also provided some interview tips which is really helpful.
