It was all individually assessed. There was 3 interviews (5 minutes each), a numerical test and a technology test. There was a lot of waiting around and it was unclear what would happen when. There was time wasted between stages and nothing ran on time, which was frustrating given that many of us had traveled to Glasgow and had made arrangements to leave at a specific time on public transport (we all gave the 1 hour "just in case" time window and I still had to leave early)

The interview was an online interview with one trainer who was simply asking very basic behavioural and situational questions. You can expect role specific interview if application is for a specific role. My role was not techical so questions were about education, past experience and client communication and financial knowledge focussed.

Impromptu phone interview. Then a scheduled zoom/teams interview with recruitment team. An on-site interview with 3 sessions: group discussion, individual interview with account manager, a simple technical interview designed for non-technical background people.

simple. screening call and then panel style interview and then separate interviews with 3 different account managers. all kind of asked questions you'd expect, just do research on fdm and the stream you are being interviewed for and you'll be fine
