First they email you, then ask you basic questions over the phone, (geog flexibility). Next is a video interview. Its quite easy. Prepare, relax and smile. They give you time to prepare during questions and won't disqualify you if you have internet connection problems during the process *cough cough KPMG*

Overall, the interview was mostly based on behavioral questions, nothing special. They also provided some interview tips which is really helpful.
