It contains 3 different rounds: Phone Interview, Video Interview, Aptitude test which require 75% passing, and a final day assessment which contains a whole day. Some of the practice questions can be found on their webpage and it takes less than 2 weeks to go through all the rounds of interview.
While the recruiter said it will be open for non-IT tech background, they expected you to have quite a strong knowledge in coding skills.
1st Phone Interview is quite direct, talk about yourself, what are your language skills, background, etc. The recruiter is very friendly. She explained clearly about the interview process and the program.
2nd Video Interview is similar to a phone interview but involves a little more strength-based questions.
The final assessment involved two rounds, a video interview with the account manager and finally the technical trainer.
