FEV Recruiters were incredibly thoughtful and helpful. Staff members that held interviews were insightful and active listeners. Staff seems to be really bought into the mission of FEV Tutors. Overall a good interview experience.
The job posting included a direct email address to send cover letters and express interest. It was important to read through the entire job listing on LinkedIn so that was not missed.
At the time I interviewed, there was no recruiter but that has since changed.
The interview process is 3 stages, just questions, no project.
