Few rounds of interviews.
Round 1, phone call interview with a headhunter, test of english and short review of experiences.
Round 2, personal - after a short review of skills and experiences there was an explation of the job. Questions about motivation and visions about the new job.
Round 3, personal - meeting with some technical people, test about Oracle SQL and PL/SQL, code review and analyzing of C codes.
Round 4, personal - personal talk with the czech CEO, videoconference with some business people from the mother company. The videoconference was in bad quality, delays in video/sound.

Only one interview. Two seniors testing me about my knowledge of C#. They looked bored and uninterested - like I am wasting their time. I was not impresed by what they say about their company. There was no teams or methodology in their SW processes. It was quite mess, actually.
After testing I was talking to their manager. He was everything but profesional - he was very cocky and lecturing. There was no place to fair discution.
I asked for salary 50k Kc/month and he lost his cool. We agreed to end this interview with no offer from him. I obviously asked TOO much.

Questions about C# - it was not that difficult, but I wouldnt call it basics. (Finalizer, structure vs class, delegates, parallel programing, extensions, etc)
