I applied for the position online and was contacted by phone for an interview.
After a very casual phone interview/screen, I was given a date to come in for an in-person interview, which was swiftly trailed by a confirmation email with very clear instructions. All the questions I asked were answered promptly, which was refreshing.
I went in for my first interview, which was a bit more casual than I expected, but nonetheless a great experience. I talked about my past work experience, what I found interesting about the role and what I thought I could bring to the table. There was a great balance in the conversation, which made it less of an interview and more of a conversation about myself as a fit at FGF. Questions were not overly challenging, and the structure was very flexible.
After concluding the interview, I quickly received an email about coming in for a second interview, this time to meeting Tejus - the CEO of the company, in addition to the contact that would become my team leader (whom was also part of the first interview). This second interview was similar to the first, however I got to witness Tejus' passion for innovation and disruption. We all discussed the role a little further, chatted about what's been happening at the company, and even joked around a bit.
That was the end of a fantastic second interview, which led to an offer a few days later (phone call initially, however I wasn't able to answer the phone so a voicemail was left for me). Everything was very transparent throughout the process, and all the required documentation was provided so I was always in the loop.
