It was a long and strange experience. I found out later that everyone I met with selected me except for Fred Haer the owner. Once I learned that I knew eventually I was doomed. I saw many good people pushed out by Fred. Why take the time to interview someone if you are just going to let them go based on Fred Haer' whims.
