The interview process involved a screening with HR then a formal interview with the hiring manager only. HR asked basic questions about my knowledge about the organization, international development, and the types of donors I am familiar with.

Impressive panels with prepared questions. It was evident that there were a lot of candidates being considered and the process was very formalized so as to facilitate them easily. Very organized. Overall, it was a good experience and I was able to learn more about the company and if I would be a good fit for the role.
