Interviews were structured and met with a few people. Made it to the last round and rather than informing me that they made a decision to go with another candidate, I was ghosted. The hiring manager never responded. A few days later I contacted HR and they ignored my email as well. As candidates we go through alot of prep, spend our time to research and interview and send thank you notes. I expect companies to have the same level of professionalism but unfortunately in this case that was not what occurred.

Fantastic start to finish. Recruiting was great. Process was slick. One of the best hiring experiences I've had. Communication was great and consistent. Emails were answered promptly. Interviews were professional.

Proceso estructurado. Primera entrevista en inglés con el responsable de recursos humanos centrada en aspectos de encaje a cultura y segunda con el hiring manager presencial de 1 hora en la que se miró más el conocimiento para la posición y experiencia previa.

Colloquio
Went through initial call with recruiter and following that was scheduled for interview with hiring manager. Calls were scheduled almost back to back as recruiter insisted that they were looking to fill the role quickly. The interview itself wasn't bad, although I could tell there was a specific kind of experience the hiring manager wanted that I didn't have. No issue with that. What I do have an issue with is being ghosted. I know so many companies do it but it honestly shows what kind of culture exists in the company, and a complete lack of professionalism and courtesy on the part of the recruiter. An automated/canned rejection email would have sufficed. It's been months and I still haven't officially got a rejection email.
