First, you will receive a call from HR to schedule your interview. Then during the interview day, they will ask you the usual interview questions like introducing yourself, what your expectations and something like that. Then they will ask what programming languages you know and they will go through your past projects during your studies including your semester projects and final year project. Then they explain the role and project that you will be involved in if you are accepted as an intern. The interview session is running for about 20 minutes or more something like that. A few days later I got an offer from them. They will email you the location of your internship placement whether it is at KL, Cyberjaya, or Penang office. So far my interview went very well and the interview was conducted in a professional manner.

The interview process consisted of two phases.
In the first phase, I was asked to introduce myself and discuss my academic background, coursework, and projects I had worked on during my studies.
The second phase was a technical interview focused on coding. I chose a back-end development question and was given 30 minutes to complete it. Afterward, I presented my solution and explained my approach while answering follow-up questions from the interviewers.

They asked me to write a function that converts a number into its word representation. For example, converting 120981 into "one hundred twenty thousand nine hundred and eighty one".

During the online interview, they usually kick off with basic questions like Tell me about yourself, followed by a logical question (similar to an IQ test), then a behavioral question, and onto a basic programming query where you need to find the output. After that, they might throw a database question at you, expecting not just the answer but also your reasoning behind it. Seems like the interviewers are pretty strict in their approach!
