Interview process is pretty great and normal. Finra really focus on behavioral questions and SJT. HR Phone interview and then onsite interview with 3 people (2 Manager and 1 senior analyst)

Went through my resume first. And then some questions about leadership, challenges, teamwork and communications. They also asked me some projects experience (for my major is risk management).
