Phone call screen with HR then a face-to-face interview on site with 2 team managers, the branch head and the senior VP all at once. Very friendly environment with employees genuinely trying to recruit people that best fit the company.

The phone interview was quite intense. Only a few questions asked such as "what do you know about Finra and their project?" Then the manager went on talking about their projects. Interview finishes with a few SQL and data cleansing questions. At the end of the interview, interviewer did not show either positive/negative opinion regarding the performance.
