Phone Interview only with recruiter. Overall, a great call with recruiter discussing First and my qualifications within their open positions. I sent the recruiter my resume and they sent me a job description for a potential project manager position. Unfortunately, the recruiter did not respond to my follow up emails. This seems to be their standard operating procedure with applicants. I hear this over & over again with peers in the industry. They post great positions, interview you - tell you that you are a great fit, and then you do not receive any feedback. It is disappointing, as it becomes a waste of the applicant's time. Word to the wise - look elsewhere for a true opportunity.
