I have attended the first round of the interview. It was on Teams call. First guys who interviewed me have a pretty good knowledge on the tool. It was mixed questions on realtime and basic knowledge. As per me It went well. Once he completed his set of questions then he added his manager who further interviewed on same topics. Manager went on asking about the other tool which I have clearly explained to the mark I know. And I want to highlight that it was mentioned as optional in job information. He also completed his set of questions and as per me this also went good. Interview is completed as no further questions left with them. Afer chasing a week got an information that feedback is not positive. I have pasted the received feedback at bottom. I was shocked when I called HR to know detail feedback and to understand where exactly when wrong. I got to know that the 1st guy how took interview just mentioned cannot proceed with next round. It just yes/no in the feedback details. Nothing has been mentioned. I felt very bad since there is nothing is mentioned in the feedback. It will be a minimum responsibilty to take out 5min to give detailed feedback after spending an hour in the interview call. Mail received from HR: "Appreciate your time and would like to inform you that the feedback is not positive. Our team was impressed by your skills and accomplishments. We think you could be a good fit for other future openings and will reach out again if we find a good match."
