Recruiter was unresponsive; they gave no feedback for months after a multi-stage interview process requiring complicated supporting artifacts and analyses. Recruiter would not respond to voicemails or emails to even confirm my portfolio was received. Got an automated denial email months later. It seemed like a lot of effort on my part to be left hanging in suspense for so long.
