Three rounds of interviews for the position. Initially, I had a call with the Director of Operations, followed by a phone conversation with the team lead, and then a Teams meeting with 3 people. What struck me most was the immediate connection I felt with everyone I interacted with. Their warmth and kindness truly stood out, leaving me genuinely excited about the prospect of joining their team!
