It was incomplete interview process. First round was was recruiter who explained the interview process step by step. Next round is a coding challenge. I was impressed by the tool and the question, which was a real world problem not just a code-trick question such as inverting binary tree. I was able to complete the test, but never heard back from the recruiter. The coding challenge was just an hour which seems ok, but suggest the hiring team to avoid this in the future. A short response to the candidate even if rejected or if the role is filled would greatly help.
