Process: 1. 30min Recruiter screening 2. 45min Interview with UX Designer 3. 45min interview with Developer 45min whiteboarding with (same) UX Designer 45min interview with Manager of Product Overall, the interviews were engaging and insightful. Each person I spoke with was friendly, professional, and genuinely interested in finding the right fit for the team. I left the interviews with a very positive impression. The star of the show had to be their recruiter though. In my current job search I haven’t come along a recruiter that went above and beyond, kept in contact every step of the way, and made me feel like an actual human, and he did just that. Thanks again to the Flexe team, bummed we didn’t align but glad I got the chance to interview!
