The interview process was brief and mostly followed standard a interview structure. You will be asked your greatest weakness, why you are interested in the job, and what knowledge you have of plants.
I applied online and a recruiter emailed me the following day to schedule an interview. The recruiter was very nice however not very knowledgeable about the industry.
They are trying to pay bottom dollar for people with experience. She stated the pay would start out at $14/hr and I kindly advised her that every other company in the area pays more.
