The interview was a three phase process. First there was a group interview of all short listed applications. This interview was conducted offsite by a team of personnel which included employees from Human Resources, Analytical Sciences and University Liasons. This consisted of written and oral presentations. Successfull candidates were then informed by email to attend a second interview onsite. This consisted of three one on one interviews and a tour of the site during which questions were encouraged. Successful candidates were informed on the spot of the final interview which included lunch and a drug screening.
