Took some efforts to convince hiring managers my determination to leave banking and join fnz. Whole process took around 2 months to complete and onboard. Interview process was smooth. Didn’t focus much on project mgt metholodology, more on stakeholder management and conflict management

Initial call with Talent acquisition, then telephone interview. Telephone interview was cancelled last minute without much explanation. Job was still being advertised. very disappointing given all the preparation. felt that the interview could have gone ahead for possible future roles.
