I applied online and was sent an email asking if I was interested in a quick phone call to learn more about the company. After that I was asked if I wanted to participate in a phone interview. The phone interview was pretty casual. The interviewer wanted to know more about me, not necessarily my experience. Due to my graduation date, I was not invited for an in-person interview.
