The first stage prior to the interview was an online test. The questions were relatively easy. The duration was 45 minutes. It consisted of 11 multiple choice questions and 5 open-ended questions. Once the test results were positive, a senior member from the IT staff sent a Teams invitation for the interview with other 2 senior IT staff members. The interview consisted of describing in full details what the job applicant will do and what his/her obligations will be. Also, the interviewers concentrated on typical questions such as the applicant's working background, studies, e.t.c. As far as I remember the interview lasted approximately 40 minutes. The only thing that had negative impact was the long time it took to give back a reply about the position. It took approximately 1.5~2 months.
