very friendly conversation and not as intimidating as I had originally assumed it would be as a recent college graduate. I ultimately did not get the position after 2 interviews but I did actually receive a rejection email which was polite and apparently not a requirement of many other companies of their stature.

A series of two to five managers will meet with you in a total of two to four interviews at their offices on the lot. Some of these interviews serve to get to know one another and others serve to know if you are a right fit for the company and this position.

DO you see yourself with this company for years to come?
I had a friend that worked here, so he initially got me in the door. After that, I got a scheduled interview and it went really well. The atmosphere was laid back, but still very serious. I thought that their might be a lot of opportunity here, but I was wrong. The people there are happy there and they are not looking to give up their jobs. As with most competitive atmospheres, it sits up there with the best.

I wasn't asked many difficult questions, however it was a lot like playing golf with someone new.. You are going to spend a lot of time getting to know the person and them trying to get into your head.
