Initial phone interview with HR, followed by in person interview. Both were professional, but fairly informal - more like a conversation than feeling like you're getting "grilled". At both the phone and in person interviews, they spent a lot of time talking about Fox as a company, what it's like to work for them, etc to help you make sure it's a good fit.
