I have an upcoming interview with the company but so far the customer service has been fair. The company has a wide range of locations available with sign-on bonus so they are in need of therapists.

The recruiter was kind and professional throughout our interactions. There was an unexpected situation that delayed our initial call, which I completely understood, but the process did move a bit slower afterward. Because I had to make a decision within a set timeframe, I ultimately wasn’t able to continue with the process.

They asked me which areas of continuing education I’m interested in and said they’d be able to provide a lot of support for it.

Recruiter, followed by director. Recruiter explained what the visit expectations are, emr etc. Havent done the Director interview yet. But I will need to find out a lot more about this. There are a lot of questions that are coming up in my mind.

It was 20 min phone call, answered a lot of questions I would have before i needed to ask them. Felt a little rushed but not bad. Am having an in person interview next week to discuss more.
