My interview was unique, being an initial interview with the IT Manager and this was followed up by a technical interview by a senior member of the programming team. The initial interview was a strange experience because I could barely get my answers out before the IT Manager moved on. We started late and finished early, which for me made it doubtful that anything positive was coming from it, but the recruitment consultant got back to me a few days later and arranged the second interview, which was much more successful.
