I had a over the phone interview and got hired on the spot. It was nothing special. Kind of awkward. They just seemed to not be excited to interview me which should have rang some bells for me.

The interview process was quick and easy. It lasted maybe 30 minutes and then I was on my way. It seemed like I was a good fit for the position but they didn’t want to give it away.

What are your biggest strengths and your biggest weakness?
This was for a position in 2007. My interview was easy going for the most part. Prior to the interview, I was nervous but once I met the hiring manager, I felt more confident because they made me made feel comfortable.

I received a phone call from the manager for an interview. She was very nice and went over the job description. She was very thorough. She asked if I could come in for an in person interview
