2 Technical interviews will be conducted. First interview will be from phililpines then if you pass you be interviewed again by vietnamese developer. The only hassle is that they don't speak english well.

I was a who responsibility to interview others. Depend on demand, I asked with difference types. In normal case, just ask about priciples of Java, OOP, Map, Thread, change logs of Java for each version (What new, what is better,...?)
