Colloquio
I made it through two interviews before the final round. The first two interviews were straightforward and focused, and I felt like I was able to speak well about my prior experience as it pertained to the job. However, the last interview was pretty off-putting, and I felt like some of the questions were superfluous. For example, my interviewer asked me my Myers-Brigg results, which is fine--whatever, but that's not the kind of thing I would prepare for a final round interview. Not to mention, the interviewer seemed dissatisfied when I could not remember the results, which makes me wonder how much weight is put into abstract (and frankly, a little biased) things like personality tests. She also asked me how my mom would describe me, and yeah, I get the sentiment. But not every person has a good relationship with their mother, and there are other circumstances like death that might make this question triggering for someone. Just seems like a weird question to ask in these modern times. Also remembering her questioning the "short" amount of time I spent at other jobs. I had like 5 years of work experience and spent nearly 3 years at one place and over a year at another, so I guess we have different perspectives on that. I feel like I was kind of thrown off by some of her questions, which didn't feel great considering the two interviews prior went really well. I knew I wasn't walking away with an offer, but they also never sent me a rejection email--the bare minimum after 3 interviews.

It was a 40min interview;
I filled a form for the HR at first,
Then met the interviewer, she asked some behavioral questions and told me about the company and its mission.
Went smoothly, the interviewer was nice;
The office is small but it looks well organized.
