Applied online. Received an email link to provide information for a background check. Passed background check. Received a phone call from recruiter asking if I was still interested in the position. Recruiter straight up told me they didn't think I would be interested in the position. Scheduled a virtual interview with the recruiter and government customer. The interview was odd in that it consisted of both the recruiter and government asking me the same questions, making me repeat answers several times. Every other contracting position I have interviewed for has consisted of an interview with the recruiter or contracting lead - to determine compatibility with the company - and an interview with the government - to determine suitability for the role - meshing these two interviews together is an odd choice. There were a couple times where it was clear that the interviewer hadn't been paying attention and asked a question that I had already answered. Recruiter ghosted after the interview. Incredibly unprofessional company, provided no information about benefits.

There were several rounds: -First was an virtual, self-recorded interview- Next was a pretty basic background check. Then, you get contacted to schedule an in-person interview. There may have been more but I did not continue the process.
