The interview with the GM and Managers was professional and insightful. They seemed knowledgeable and approachable, which initially gave me hope for the company. Unfortunately, all communication with the HR team was deeply disturbing and a major red flag. Their lack of organization, professionalism, and basic courtesy was shocking. It felt like HR had no understanding of the role or the process, and their dismissive attitude made the entire experience feel hostile.
It’s unacceptable for a company in 2024 to have such outdated and disrespectful practices in candidate engagement. The poor experience with HR overshadowed the otherwise positive interaction with the leadership team. I declined the offer, and I would recommend others carefully consider this aspect before applying.
