Three person panel, two of whom were on a video conference.
I received the interview questions ten minutes before the interview started. Most questions were "examples of good comms, bad comms, how do you deal with people you don't get on with", etc. Asked a few semi-inappropriate questions to do with political views (i.e. are you non-political).
